Hader made buying our first home very painless. Because it was our first home we felt the need to look at almost every house on the market. Hader was very patient with our indecisiveness. He was very understanding, knowledgeable and very helpful in knowing what kind of home we were looking to buy.  Hader was supportive throughout the process and was by our side every step of the way. We felt like he was more concerned with helping us buy the right house instead of just selling one. We recommend him to everyone we know. We look forward to the next time.

Hader is an excellent agent and we would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase a home. He is responsive whether it be through email, text, or phone. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly answered by him. He was informative and helped to make the purchasing process go smoothly.  We saw 5 different properties and Hader was knowledgeable about every single one and objectively discussed the pros and cons of each home to ensure we would be happy with what we chose.

We chose to purchase in Ventnor which is racked with concern since the Hurricane and subsequent flooding. We had tons of questions concerning flood/home insurance, FEMA, flood zones, elevation certificates, etc. Hader was patient and extremely helpful in figuring out what zones and stipulations applied to our home. He spoke with the city on our behalf on numerous occasions as well as with FEMA agents. He went through all the information published by FEMA and the state regarding floor or homeowner’s insurance and forwarded on any information that would be applicability to us. Needless to say, purchasing in a shore area approximately 6 months after the Hurricane was overwhelming and thankfully we had Hader to help us along the way. (and by help I mean do the majority of the research why we sat dumbfounded)               

We had one more hiccup before we were happily moved into our home. During our final walk through, we discovered a plumbing leak from the upstairs bathroom that was dripping water into the living room. We immediately went into panic mode, but again, Hader was there to reassure us and negotiate on our behalf. We discussed our options with him and in the end, we were extremely pleased with the terms he negotiated with the homeowners’ agent to cover the expenses associated with the leaky plumbing.

Hader was supportive from day one. He was present for the entire closing process (which is long and boring unless you are the one getting a new house at the end) although the seller’s agent was not nearly as attentive. In the end, he gave us a heartfelt card with a very generous giftcard to Lowe’s to start our new home-owning adventure.

We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Hader to anyone interested in purchasing a home and I’m sure he would be just as wonderful selling a home or connecting you with a rental property.
